What does R Media do?
We bring marketing strategy, content, campaigns, WordPress websites and practical AI automation together around business needs. Start with the priority you want to improve.
Where are you based?
We are based in Kothamangalam, Ernakulam, Kerala, and work with businesses across Kerala. We do not currently have a public office for visits.
How should we start?
Describe your business, your current marketing and the change you want to make. We can then discuss a sensible first scope and the information needed for a proposal.
Is advertising spend included?
Advertising spend is separate from management. Software, hosting, subscriptions, AI usage and external production can also have separate costs, depending on the scope.
Does every business need AI?
No. A clear manual process or a simple rule can be more suitable. We recommend a small use case only when the task, data and review process justify it.
Can we request a price?
Request a tailored proposal. The scope, dependencies and responsibilities need to be understood before a useful price can be agreed.
Who will work with us?
R Media is founder-led. Reihana CK contributes marketing strategy, campaigns, content and communication. Niyas K Muhammed contributes websites, technical operations, creatives, AI tools and automation. Responsibilities are clarified for each scope.
Do you provide on-site video shooting?
On-site shooting and larger production requirements are confirmed separately. Editing, scripts, captions and supplied-footage work can be discussed within a defined scope.
Can we edit our website?
WordPress content and Elementor layouts are intended to be editable through normal controls. Handover explains routine edits, dependencies and the tasks that need technical support.
Do you offer Malayalam content?
The site is primarily in English. Malayalam content requirements, production capability and review arrangements must be confirmed when the scope is agreed.
Do you guarantee rankings, leads or savings?
No. We agree useful measures, review the available evidence and explain limitations. Platform conditions, budgets, the offer, customer behaviour and internal follow-up all affect outcomes.
